The students of our department has won first prize in the Outstanding UG Thesis Award 2024 award constituted by ASCE India Section Southern Region. This award was won by Jyothika K, Nandana S, Rohith M Nair and Varsha K for their project titled "Assessing noise pollution and potential health impacts in Angamaly municipality: A GIS based mapping approach with public health considerations for mitigation". The project was guided by Mr. Jawahar Saud S, AP CE.
