Thank you Diya Sadath!

Ms. Diya Sadath, our proud alumni of SECM2023 batch, delivered a session on “Future Map After B.Tech” for the students for Mechanical Engineering. She is currently working as the R&D Engineer at DAC, Saudi Arabia.The session was organised by the ASME FISAT Student Section on 28 February 2026 in online mode. The session aimed at guiding engineering students in exploring diverse career opportunities after graduation.

During her session, Ms. Diya shared her professional journey and experiences in the engineering industry. She discussed various options available to engineering graduates, including higher studies, research opportunities, industry roles, and international career prospects. 

Ms. Diya ascertained the importance of knowing your strong areas before choosing the career path to follow and the choice of projects undertaken while on campus. She also enlightened the students on the difference betwen learning and actual practice on the job and to learn stress management is essential.
