ICEC Engineers Summit

Three Faculty members of our department, participated in the 4th ICEC Engineers’ Summit 2026, organised by the Integrated Civil Engineers Council (ICEC) on 15 September 2026 at the Adlux International Convention Centre, Angamaly. The Integrated Civil Engineers Council (ICEC) serves as a premier collaborative platform in India, dedicated to uniting civil engineering professionals, standardising industry practices, and driving sustainable infrastructure development nationwide.

Representing FISAT were Dr. Kavitha P. E., Professor and Head, Dr. Sumayya Naznin P. H., Assistant Professor (Special Grade), and Dr. Anoop K. N., Assistant Professor.

The summit brought together civil engineering professionals, academicians, students and industry representatives for knowledge exchange and professional interaction. A major highlight was the Chief Guest Address by Dr. E. Sreedharan, Metro Man of India. The programme also featured the ICEC Journey Video, Student Chapter Programme, networking lunch, and a panel discussion with Q&A involving distinguished experts from the engineering sector.

The participation provided the faculty with valuable opportunities for professional networking, knowledge sharing and industry-academia interaction, further strengthening FISAT’s engagement with the professional engineering community.

The summit was a wonderful celebration of Engineers’ Day, providing valuable opportunities for professional interaction, knowledge sharing, networking and industry–academia engagement, while fostering a strong sense of belonging to the engineering fraternity.
