HOLI, the festival of colours, yet another occasion for celebrations at FISAT. Keeping apart the tight academic schedules, all the students spent that an hour dancing to the beats of Nasik Dol and showering the colours of unity, joy and friendship to each other.
It was 4.00 pm in the evening on Friday the 18th. The excitement of celebrating Holi was at its peak. Every one of us were waiting outside the gates of the campus for the colour game to begin. Nearly by 4.10 pm, the music began and colours were thrown on us from no where. The packets of colours, water guns and water balloons added more fun to the celebration. Happy faces were dancing in colours all around.
It is said that Holi is based on the cycles of the moon and it celebrates the strength of goodness and love. Families bond, friends forgive each other and unite to enjoy the celebration of colours . And we the FISAT family, was much honoured to have this quality time to bond with colours, and we added yet another milestone of a happy celebration to our college life.
